Licensing Addendum – Flosswell

This Template Licensing Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the Flosswell Terms & Conditions and applies to all digital products, templates, documents, workflows, and resources (“Templates”) purchased, downloaded, or accessed through Flosswell.

By using Flosswell Templates, you agree to be bound by this Addendum.

1. Licence grant

Upon purchase or access, Flosswell grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Templates for your internal business operations only.

This licence is granted to:

a single individual practitioner, or
a single business entity (e.g. dental practice), including its internal staff

2. Permitted use

You may:

Use Templates within your own business or dental practice
Modify, customise, or adapt Templates for internal operational use
Share Templates internally with your employees or contractors solely for business use
Print or store copies for internal workflow purposes

3. Strictly prohibited use

You must not, under any circumstances:

Sell, resell, sublicense, or distribute Flosswell Templates in any form
Share Templates with external businesses, competitors, or third parties
Upload Templates to public platforms, databases, or marketplaces
Use Templates to create competing products, template libraries, or software tools
Reverse engineer, reconstruct, or replicate Flosswell systems, structure, or methodology
Claim ownership or authorship of Flosswell Templates
Use Templates in client-facing commercial resale products or services

4. Multi-location and group practices

Unless explicitly stated in your purchase, your licence is limited to a single business entity.

If you operate:

multiple clinics
franchise groups
or associated entities

you must obtain additional licences for each separate business location or entity.

5. Intellectual property

All Templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of Flosswell.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of any content, design, structure, or methodology.

You are granted usage rights only as described in this Addendum.

6. No redistribution or commercial reuse

Templates are provided for internal operational use only.

You may not:

incorporate Flosswell Templates into your own products or services for resale
use Templates as part of consultancy packages, training materials, or external client offerings
reproduce Templates in a way that enables third-party access or reuse

7. Enforcement and breach

Flosswell reserves the right to:

suspend or revoke access to Templates
terminate accounts or licences
take legal action where misuse, redistribution, or infringement occurs

We may also seek damages or injunctive relief for breaches of this Addendum.

8. Relationship to Terms & Conditions

This Addendum supplements the Flosswell Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any inconsistency, this Addendum will prevail in relation to Template usage rights.
